Tater Farms is seeking a bilingual Installation Foreman to lead field crews and deliver high-quality turf grass (sod) installation projects safely and efficiently. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives outdoors, leads by example, tows and operates equipment confidently, and takes pride in getting the job done right. Requirements

Proven ability to lead and motivate a field crew
Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish
Commitment to safety, quality, and accountability
Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
Dependability, strong work ethic, and attention to detail
Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including early morning starts
2–3 years of leadership experience in a Foreman, Crew Lead, or Supervisor role
2+ years of landscaping, sod installation, or related field experience preferred
Demonstrated experience safely towing trailers, including gooseneck (preferred)
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required)
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
Experience operating landscaping equipment is a plus
Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50–75 pounds regularly
Frequent standing, walking, bending, and working on uneven terrain
Outdoor work in heat, humidity, and varying weather conditions
Comfortable with early morning start times and extended hours during peak season

Nice To Haves

Demonstrated experience safely towing trailers, including gooseneck
Experience operating landscaping equipment

Responsibilities

Lead, supervise, and support daily activities of installation crew members
Plan and execute turf grass (sod) installation assignments to meet productivity and quality standards
Ensure crews follow all safety procedures and company expectations
Communicate clearly with crew members and management (English/Spanish)
Monitor job progress and address issues in real time
Train and develop crew members on proper installation techniques
Safely tow, haul, and maneuver trailers (open, enclosed, and gooseneck) between job sites
Maintain equipment, tools, and job site organization
Represent the company professionally on job sites
