This role is responsible for shaping a high-impact GU/GYN oncology portfolio and transforming medical evidence into better outcomes for people living with cancer. The Tumor Portfolio Director will drive the strategic planning and execution of the GU/GYN medical portfolio, coordinating delivery across regions and functions. The position is based in Gaithersburg, US, and reports to the Project Management Team Leader for Global Medical Affairs. The role partners closely with the GU/GYN franchise lead to ensure the portfolio functions cohesantly from evidence generation and launches to scientific exchange and congress activity. The leadership will empower teams to deliver work efficiently with transparency, accountability, and measurable impact. Key objectives for the first year include unifying the tumor strategy across indications, establishing clear portfolio dashboards, streamlining governance and ways of working, and coaching a team of Indication Project Managers.
