About The Position

This position exists to deburr micro components to workmanship standards. The role involves following work order instructions, operating a Sonic cleaner machine, and microscopically inspecting work performed to ensure product specifications are met. The individual will record quantities of finished products, maintain performance levels, and complete electronic and paper-based records accurately. Other related duties may be assigned.

Requirements

Proficiency in interpreting blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications
Experience working with microscopes, toolmaker’s scopes, and other precision measurement methods and equipment
Effective communication and teamwork skills
Strong attention to detail and quality-oriented
Frequent lifting and/or moving items up to 25lbs
Required to reach with hands and arms to handle documents and products
Must be able to enter data into a computer by use of a keyboard and mouse
Employee is regularly required to stand
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to walk
This position is occasionally sedentary; Therefore, required to sit
Occasionally will need to bend, stoop and squat

Nice To Haves

High School Diploma or GED preferred
Minimum 1 year of deburring experience with micro components and/or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

Follows work order instructions (routers) in order to meet company and customer requirements.
Operates Sonic cleaner machine.
Microscopically inspects work performed to ensure the product produced meets specifications.
Record quantities of finished products using standard company methods.
Maintains established performance levels on a consistent basis.
Completes electronic and paper-based records with speed and accuracy.
Perform other related duties as assigned
