About The Position

The Tuition Bonus Program Student role at Rexall offers an opportunity to experience pharmacy firsthand, gain practical experience during studies, and receive valuable mentorship and guidance from Rexall leaders. Participants can receive up to $50,000 in tuition bonus payments, with installments that can be used flexibly. This program allows students to gain hands-on pharmacy experience while studying, be mentored by industry leaders, and potentially start their career journey with Rexall post-licensure.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Canadian Pharmacy University Program
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Discretion in handling confidential matters (PHIPA)
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills
• Open to relocation to rural markets upon licensure within your province of interest
