About The Position

We are seeking a punctual, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited for an opportunity to provide guests with an experience that is beyond their expectations and creates a guest for life. This individual will be joining our snow tubing team and will be responsible for loading/unloading of the conveyor lift, sending of guests down the tubing lanes, and expediting those guests when they reach the bottom of the hill while ensuring the guests have a quality experience.

Requirements

Must be willing to work outdoors and able to stand for extended periods of time on uneven surfaces and in inclement weather.
Excellent verbal communication skills with a willingness to initiate guest contact in a friendly manner.
Willingness and ability to work in a physically demanding position – assisting guests at the top and bottom of the tubing hills.
Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team with minimum supervision.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Timely and reliable attendance is essential even in inclement weather and must be available to work a flexible workweek including holidays and weekends.
Must be 18 years of age.
Successful completion of a background investigation
Compliance with the U.S. Government Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification

Responsibilities

Loading/unloading of the conveyor lift
Sending of guests down the tubing lanes
Expediting guests at the bottom of the hill
Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service and information to the guests
Enforce safety regulations and rules of the hill and follow all departmental standard operating procedures
Setup, transport and take down signage, fencing, and mats daily as needed
Keep tubes stacked neatly and keep tubing areas clean and free of debris
Shovel and salt as needed to ensure safe walkways
Maintain control of lines at the top and bottom of the hill
Maintain fire in fire pits to add to the guest experience
Keeping company assets safe and in good working condition (e.g. radios, drills, etc.)
Entertain guests that are waiting for a turn
