About The Position

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and pride in precision.
• Ability to read and understand job travelers and labeling requirements.
• Comfort working with small components and protective materials.
• Regularly lift up to 60 lbs, stand, walk, and use computers.

Responsibilities

• Safely and accurately package finished parts using tubing, wrapping, or custom containers as needed.
• Label parts and packaging with job numbers, quantities, customer information, and specifications.
• Inspect each part for cleanliness, correct finish, and accurate dimensions before packaging.
• Maintain packaging and labeling equipment in good working order.
• Work with machinists, quality control, and the shipping team to meet deadlines.
• Keep the work area clean and organized while following shop safety protocols.
