Tubing Ambassador
About The Position
We are seeking a punctual, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited for an opportunity to provide guests with an experience that is beyond their expectations and creates a guest for life. This individual will be joining our snow tubing team and will be responsible for greeting guests, assisting them with redeeming their purchases for RFID tickets, providing instructions, and directing them to the tubing hills. The snow tubing ambassador will also have opportunities to assist at other locations within the Tubing park to ensuring that guests have a quality experience.
Requirements
- Must be willing to work outdoors
- Able to stand for extended periods of time on uneven surfaces and in inclement weather
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a willingness to initiate guest contact in a friendly manner
- Willingness and ability to work in a physically demanding position
- Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team with minimum supervision
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Timely and reliable attendance is essential even in inclement weather
- Must be available to work a flexible workweek including holidays and weekends
- This role is for individuals 16-17 years of age
Responsibilities
- Greeting guests
- Assisting guests with redeeming their purchases for RFID tickets
- Providing instructions to guests
- Directing guests to the tubing hills
- Assisting at other locations within the Tubing park to ensure guests have a quality experience
- Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service and information to guests
- Enforce safety regulations and rules of the hill and follow all departmental standard operating procedures
- Keep courtyards and walkways clear and clean and free of debris
- Shovel and salt as needed to ensure safe walkways
- Monitor fire pits for safety and to enhance the guest experience
- Keeping company assets safe and in good working condition (i.e. radios, RFID scanners, etc.)
