Requirements

High school diploma/GED
Must have at least 2 years Nucor leadership experience
Effective communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
Commitment to safety, actively involved in their division’s safety initiatives.

Nice To Haves

Experience working in a Greenfield environment
Experience working in Operations
Experience writing/reviewing procedures and training manuals
Computer knowledge/skills

Responsibilities

Executing the division’s safety, quality, cost, productivity and profitability objectives.
Being a positive member of the leadership team at NTS Crawfordsville.
Being an active participant developing teammates within our culture as well as overseeing training.
Communicating information across departments and teammates as it relates to safety, quality and production.
Initiating, leading, and upholding safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
