About The Position
We are hiring an experienced Tube Bending Setup Technician to support production across multiple machines. This is a skilled, hands-on role focused on machine setup, troubleshooting, and quality — not just operating.
Requirements
- 3+ years of tube bending setup experience
- Experience with tooling and machine adjustments
- Ability to read blueprints
- Strong troubleshooting skills
Responsibilities
- Set up and change over tube bending machines
- Install and adjust tooling (dies, mandrels, wipers, clamps)
- Read and interpret blueprints and bend specifications
- Perform first-piece inspections and make adjustments
- Troubleshoot issues such as wrinkling, flattening, and springback
- Maintain quality standards and minimize scrap
