Tub Washer - Belgravia (nights)
About The Position
The Tub Washer is responsible for gathering used contaminated product containers (tubs), transporting them to the automated washer, pre-rinsing them, and positioning them for washing. After washing, the tubs are removed, restacked, and made available to production lines. This role also involves maintaining the cleanliness of the washing room and transporting containers to production lines using a forklift as directed. The position requires the ability to perform basic math, understand and communicate in English, stand for extended periods, and possess good hand-eye coordination for making quality judgment decisions.
Requirements
- Able to do basic math; counting, telling of time and temperatures.
- Ability to understand and communicate in English.
- Able to follow instructions, both verbal and demonstrated.
- Able to stand at workstation and other positions as assigned.
- Good hand eye coordination.
- Ability to make quick quality judgment decisions within the levels of assigned duties.

- Previous production type experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Gathers used contaminated product containers (tubs).
- Places tubs on a Pallet Jack and pushes or pulls them to the automated washer.
- Pre-rinses tubs and positions them for entry into the automatic washer.
- Removes, restacks, and makes tubs available to production.
- Manually stacks tubs in the storage area.
- Manually pushes tubs to the wash station.
- Manually removes and restacks tubs.
- Maintains the washing room in a clean and orderly fashion.
- Manually (fork truck) takes containers/tubs to appropriate lines as directed.
Benefits
- Additional $.20 per hour for hours worked between 7:00pm and 11:59pm.
- $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 12:00am-4:59am.
