About The Position

The TT Curing Floor Supervisor will be responsible for supervising CVT curing activities, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and housekeeping. This role involves coordinating the workforce, following company policies, maintaining accurate production reporting, training employees, and conducting disciplinary actions. The CVT Curing Floor Supervisor is responsible for the CVT Curing operations on a shift, which includes managing curing presses, molds, and machine setup. They will also be responsible for production and production efficiencies, performing administrative paperwork, and ensuring quality guidelines are met. Collaboration with Maintenance, coordination of work assignments and manning, and providing a safe work environment are key aspects of this position. Additionally, the supervisor is responsible for housekeeping and alignment in the curing area, ensuring proper machinery setup, and providing the necessary training for employees. The role may require covering for the Lead Supervisor if needed and performing other duties as directed by the Department Manager. Ensuring all ESH procedures, policies, and legal requirements are implemented and monitored is also a critical responsibility. Requirements

Associate's Degree or 5 years experience required.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
No relocation assistance is offered for this position.

Nice To Haves

Previous manufacturing supervision experience.
Tire Assembly experience.

Responsibilities

Supervising CVT curing activities, insuring safety, quality, productivity and housekeeping.

Perform all required administrative paperwork.
Ensure quality guidelines are met.
Collaborate regularly with Maintenance.
Coordinate work assignments and manning.
Provide a safe work environment.
Responsible for housekeeping and alignment in curing area.
Ensure proper machinery set up.
Provide the proper skill sets on training required for employees to perform the job.
Ability to cover the Lead Supervisor if needed.
Perform other duties as directed by the Department Manager.
Ensure all ESH procedures, policies and legal requirements are implemented and monitored.
