About The Position

The Talent Success Program & Operations Lead will manage the operational backbone of Talent Success — keeping programs, vendors, contracts, timelines, budgets, systems, and partner routines running with rigor and clarity! This is a manager-level operations role for someone who is highly organized, structured, practical, and comfortable managing many moving pieces across Talent Success. The role will support the delivery of core activities related to Talent Success across evaluation, integration, mentoring, education, leadership growth, skills, and improving team efficiency. In 2026, Talent Success is evolving toward a more product-led, AI-augmented way of working. This role will help make that evolution real by strengthening the backend operations, simplifying manual processes, improving vendor and contract workflows, and partnering with AI workflow builder roles to identify where routine work can be automated or made easier. This person does not have to be the strategy owner. They need to be the person who makes the operating system work. The strongest candidate will be someone who brings structure, calm, and follow-through. They know how to coordinate partners, arrangements, timeframes, collaborators, and recurring operating routines without making the work feel heavier than it needs to be. They must be comfortable with the nature of work in Talent Success. Some tasks are strategic, others are complex. Some require urgency, and much depends on effective operational delivery. They should be able to keep the trains running while also spotting smarter ways to manage the railroad.
