About The Position

Our AmLaw 100 client is hiring a senior associate for its Boston Trusts & Estates practice. The work is sophisticated and broad: estate, gift, and income tax planning for lifetime and postmortem transfers, estate administration, fiduciary advice, financial projections, and trust and estate issues tied to transactions and governance. Candidates with experience advising business owners, entities, and principals in the middle of corporate transactions will get attention.
