About The Position
We are seeking a seasoned estate planning attorney with over 10 years of expertise to join our dynamic team. This role specializes in catering to the unique needs of both middle-income and high-net-worth individuals. The attorney will provide expert guidance on tax-efficient strategies, including the establishment of irrevocable trusts, ILITs, SLATs, and GRATs. Demonstrated skills in client relationship management, including leading face-to-face client meetings, are essential.
Requirements
- Ten plus (10+) years of experience practicing trusts and estates law.
- Proven proficiency in developing comprehensive estate plans for individuals across various income levels, with a focus on both middle-income and high-net-worth clients.
- Expertise in tax-efficient strategies, including the establishment of irrevocable trusts, ILITs, SLATs, and GRATs.
- Demonstrated skills in client relationship management, including leading face-to-face client meetings.
- Licensed to practice law in the State of California.
- Must be able to travel to the LA office several times a week.
