About The Position
We are seeking an experienced attorney with an established Trusts & Estates practice to join our team in Concord, NH as a non-equity partner. This role is designed for a senior practitioner looking to gain the robust support, infrastructure, and resources of a larger firm platform to scale their practice.
Requirements
- Established and active Trusts & Estates practice.
- Minimum $275,000+ portable book of business required.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain and grow client relationships with strong practice-development and origination capabilities.
- Active admission and good standing appropriate to practice law in New Hampshire.
Responsibilities
- Manage and expand an established Trusts & Estates practice within the firm's platform.
- Deliver sophisticated estate planning, tax planning, and probate administration services to high-net-worth individuals and families.
- Drive practice development and origination, leveraging firm infrastructure to build long-term client relationships.
Benefits
- 10% bonus on origination upon meeting billable hour threshold.
