About The Position

Levenfeld Pearlstein (LP) is currently seeking a Trusts & Estates Associate with 5-7 years of estate planning and trusts and estates administration experience to join its highly collaborative Trusts & Estates Group. LP’s Trusts & Estates group helps individuals and families achieve their business and personal goals, whether through gift planning, charitable planning, business succession planning, or estate planning, on matters that span businesses, states, and generations. Ranked by Chambers and Partners since 2016, and including 11 members of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, our counsel extends beyond traditional planning to encompass a special focus on multigenerational wealth planning, advising professional athletes, charitable foundation formation, and trusts and estates litigation. We also write regularly on topics of interest to our clients.

Requirements

5-7 years of estate planning and trusts and estates administration experience
Exceptional writing and research skills
Strong organizational skills
Building client relationships and managing files

Responsibilities

Drafting estate planning documents
Working with complex estate planning techniques
Preparing gift and estate tax returns
Working on trust and estate administration matters
Training junior associates and paralegals
Managing estate planning and administration project flow for clients with minimal oversight
