As a Trust Securities Operations Supervisor with Frost, you are a trust leader, responsible for identifying the need for, establishing, and maintaining adequate controls necessary to protect Trust customers and assets. In this role, you will use your meticulous mind-set and time management skills to ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory laws. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 6+ years trust operations experience
• Knowledge of securities regulations, trading, and income
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft computer applications

• 10+ years trust operations experience

Responsibilities

• Identify the need for, establish, and maintain adequate controls necessary to protect Trust customers and assets
• Ensure confidentiality of customer and bank information
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory laws
• Guide and assist personnel with research and resolution of trading, dividends, reorganization, classification, asset pricing, and custodian exceptions
• Stay abreast of industry trends
• Assist department manager with issues concerning staffing, performance appraisals, promotions, salary recommendations, and terminations
