About The Position

Play a supportive role for the Wealth Management Department. Post all investment income and work closely with 5/3rd and Cheetah to accomplish daily tasks. Work closely with Investment Officers to prep new account documents and open the accounts on Cheetah. Assist with other department related functions.

Responsibilities

• Balance/reconcile the Trust Balance Sheet as well as all departmental suspense accounts.
• Administer Cheetah Portal access for Wealth Management clients
• Process and post corporate actions, interest, and dividends from 5/3rd and Raymond James as well as handling any related wires.
• Acts as back-up for Trust Operations Officer.
• Prepare, open, and close account files and scan.
• Oversee and manage Investment Policy Statement process.
• Once in effect, be the point person with Cheetah for Business Process Outsourcing (BPO.)
• Perform other duties as assigned, which may periodical include, but not limited to, other types of scanning or working on special projects.
