Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Can communicate clearly and effectively with customers and coworkers and can learn quickly.
  • Can manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Can work in a fast-paced work environment while effectively adjusting to changing priorities and ensuring no loss of efficiency, accuracy, or customer relations
  • Possess excellent time management skills
  • Care about your community and have a desire to be involved.

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience
  • Previous trust experience/knowledge
  • Previous experience with various trust accounting systems, including Infovisa/MAUI

Responsibilities

  • Ensure prompt and accurate handling of client accounts.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor appropriate audit controls.
  • Prepare and preserve required books and records.
  • Maintain close communication with Trust and RCB Bank personnel to ensure that the functional area is adequately servicing both internal and external customer needs.
  • Perform day-to-day accounts payable and receivable activities of Trust Operations department and to take care of the daily balancing.
