Who you are: As a Trust Operations Manager with Frost, you are our leader, ensuring your team has the necessary support and guidance to ensure a seamless trust experience. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of trust operations specialists. Requirements

  • 8+ years of trust operations experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft computer applications

Responsibilities

  • Ensures the area is adequately staffed and personnel are trained
  • Reviews and recommends new methods and procedures to make daily operations more efficient
  • Plans and schedules activities within the area, coordinates them with information systems and other operational units as required
  • Resolves unusual or complex problems; conducts research projects on complex issues and reports findings to upper management
  • Ensures operations are performed in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Works closely with related trust personnel to ensure that their operational requirements are met
  • Exercise the usual authority of a manager concerning staffing, performance appraisals, promotions, salary recommendations, and terminations
  • Perform all other duties as assigned
