About The Position
Rhoades McKee is seeking a highly experienced Attorney to join our Hastings, Michigan office. This position is ideal for candidates with 10 or more years of legal experience who is licensed and in good standing to practice law in Michigan. This role centers on leading complex legal matters in family law and estate planning. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in divorce, custody, and parenting time litigation, child support and property division, estate and trust administration, and guardianships, conservatorships, and probate proceedings.
Requirements
- Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Michigan
- Substantial litigation experience in family law and estate matters
- Proven ability to manage complex cases and deliver successful outcomes
- Exceptional written and oral advocacy skills
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and client development capabilities
