About The Position
The Institutional Custody team provides custody services to large global and domestic institutional clients. The Trust & Custody Account Implementation Specialist works closely with Custody Administrators to support these clients by performing complex processing and maintenance, and moderately complex financial calculations related to securities and cash transactions. The role involves accurately entering cash and securities transactions and market value update requests, supporting new account and fee setups, and handling documentation and audit requests. The team describes its work as fast-paced, challenging, collaborative, and deadline-driven. Team members serve clients independently while relying on teamwork and shared knowledge. The position partners with Custody Administrators and internal teams to fulfill client requests and provide a high level of customer service. The position was posted on 11/02/2026. Requirements
- An associate degree or at least 1 year of experience in the financial services industry.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Custody Administrators to process client requests and provide a high level of customer service.
- Operate computer systems to set up new accounts and fees.
- Input cash and securities transactions, including market value update requests.
- Perform complex processing and maintenance, and moderately complex financial calculations related to securities and cash transactions for institutional investors.
- Partner with internal teams to support client groups and handle documentation and audit requests.
