Trust & Custody Account Implementation Specialist
About The Position
The Institutional Custody team provides custody services to large global and domestic institutional clients. The Custody Operations Specialist works closely with Custody Administrators to support these clients by performing complex processing and maintenance, as well as moderately complex financial calculations related to securities and cash transactions. The role accurately inputs cash and securities transactions and market value update requests, supports new account and fee setups, and handles documentation and audit requests. The team describes its work environment as fun, challenging, fast-paced, and collaborative. Team members serve clients independently while relying on teamwork and shared knowledge, particularly when working toward deadlines. The team aims to provide a welcoming, positive environment where colleagues share knowledge and support one another’s growth.
Requirements
- An associate degree or one year of experience in the financial services industry.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Custody Administrators to process client requests and provide a high level of customer service.
- Operate computer systems to set up new accounts and fees and input cash and securities transactions.
- Partner with internal teams to support client groups by handling documentation and audit requests.
- Perform complex processing and maintenance and moderately complex financial calculations related to securities and cash transactions.
- Input market value update requests accurately.
