About The Position

Under general supervision, this position coordinates a variety of processes and tasks within assigned department, as across other departments as well as providing other administrative duties and project support.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED and 2-5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Microsoft Office suite

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates a variety of processes and tasks within assigned department; assists in the gathering, compiling, sorting, verifying and entering required project and or process related information into assigned systems.
  • Maintains a variety of systems and prepares a variety of standard and moderately complex reports for the department.
  • Processes data for assigned procedures, ensuring timely completion; may assist in creating Standard Operating Procedures for tasks in which coordination is provided.
  • Assists in gathering and summarizing information and data from other departments; assists other employees with simple to moderately complex questions; refers to supervisor for complex issues and or to the appropriate department.
  • Maintains all documentation according to departmental and company retention guidelines.
  • Ensures information requests are handled in accordance with departmental and company policies and procedures.
  • Completes, passes and maintains an up to date status for all positional and company required compliance and regulatory courses by assigned due date(s).
  • Performs all other duties as assigned

  • Assists with directing, coordinating, and evaluating designated units or certain personnel in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities may include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; providing pay change recommendations; disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
  • Directly responsible for directing, coordinating, and evaluating designated units or certain personnel in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
