The Trust Coordinator is responsible for administrative support for Account Managers/Trust Officers, maintaining all account files for compliance and audit and a variety of administrative and clerical support duties. This role requires the ability to follow established policies and procedures, coordinate account documentation, and process transactions. The coordinator will also identify and resolve daily account/administrative issues, assist with special projects, and ensure data integrity. Key responsibilities include managing workload, originating correspondence, answering telephones, and assisting customers. The role involves partnering with Trust personnel and operational staff, generating customer documents, inputting new account information, and monitoring various account balances and transactions. Additionally, the Trust Coordinator will provide assistance and training to other personnel, contribute to committees, and monitor balance sheets and rollovers. The position also supports audits, recommends procedural improvements, and ensures accuracy of financial data.
