About The Position

Trust Advisor IV with Frost is about building relationships. You will be responsible for administering a portfolio of complex trust accounts, ensuring that each account operates effectively. You know the importance of being there for your customers and fully understanding their needs. Most importantly, this role is about building trust through every interaction and doing it with integrity, caring and excellence in mind.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and 7+ years of trust administration experience, OR Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school with 5+ years of trust administration experience
• Demonstrated expertise in specialized area of trust
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications

Nice To Haves

• Proficiency in trust accounting systems
• Certified Financial Planner (CFP)
• Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA)

Responsibilities

• Support Regional Sales Supervisor to identify fiduciary new business opportunities through client and document review including attending client meetings as appropriate
• Administer a portfolio of complex fiduciary accounts in accordance with the governing documents
• Manage client relationships by fully understanding their needs, maintaining regular client contact and proactively driving asset re-discovery while delivering an excellent overall client experience
• Participate in statewide initiatives like corporate governance committee membership, working group membership or chairmanship, etc.
• Profile clients and establish goals, objectives, and risk parameters
• Ensure compliance with all laws, regulations and internal policies by tracking operative updates and appropriately documenting exceptions
