About The Position

Under supervision of Trust Advisor, interpret trust and will documents and applicable law to ensure the proper set-up of account records, including payments, fee schedules (when appropriate) and tax records. Communicate with beneficiaries and co-executors or co-trustees to outline administrative procedures. Under supervision of Trust Advisor, handle ongoing day-to-day administration of accounts, including coordinating and facilitating transactions, new account openings, trust terminations, and account reviews while proactively manage account base to avoid and minimize service and operational issues. Works closely with Trust Advisor to act as a key point of contact for clients and their advisors. May prepare client presentation materials and participate in client meetings. Assist the Trust Advisor to maintain current information on beneficiaries and their changing needs and circumstances to provide superior client service. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Three years of experience in the wealth management industry required.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) designation (or ability to obtain within departmental guidelines) or Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the administration and support of trust and estates space preferred.
