About The Position

Tibbetts Lumber is looking for goal-oriented individuals who are proven leaders to work as production personnel in our truss plant. Production personnel set up and build wood roof and floor trusses for construction along with other assigned duties. Applicants must be team-oriented, motivated, have excellent attendance, and like to work in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided for all required job duties. Requirements

• Must be team-oriented and motivated.
• Must have excellent work attendance.
• Must like to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to read a tape measure.
• Must be able to use a hammer.
• Ability to learn to operate equipment such as routers, saws, presses and staple guns.
• Prior carpentry experience helpful.
