Requirements
- Mechanical/maintenance experience
- Ability to communicate effectively to de-escalate any customer issues.
- Must be a self-motivated individual.
- Dependable with reliable transportation
- Flexible schedule availability to ensure coverage.
- Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of situations.
Nice To Haves
- A high school diploma or equivalent is strongly preferred.
- One year of experience in a retail environment and six months of supervisory experience are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Providing excellent customer service to Truckomat customers
- Process cash-handling transactions
- Hand-brush trucks per driver’s request
- On-site equipment maintenance
- Keep the work area clean and safe for employees and customers
- Supervise a team of Washbay attendants and work alongside them to ensure trucks are washed to our excellent standards
