About The Position

BlueGrace Logistics is seeking a Truckload Analyst to manage the operational infrastructure behind their carrier sales floor. This role involves managing platforms used by sales representatives, overseeing vendor relationships with technology partners, translating business needs into IT requests, and ensuring reporting and training are up-to-date for a distributed team. The position offers a central role in a modern freight brokerage, with involvement in automation, commission processing, and new representative onboarding.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on proficiency in Excel, including the ability to build models, manipulate large datasets, and produce decision-driving reports.
  • Comfortable working with data from multiple systems and synthesizing it into a clear story for non-technical audiences.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple open workstreams without dropping anything.
  • Curious, process-minded, and adept at turning ambiguous problems into clean solutions.
  • Clear communicator across rep, manager, vendor, and IT audiences.

  • A logistics or freight background is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own admin for carrier sales tech stack across multiple platforms, including user access, configurations, and troubleshooting.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for system issues on the sales floor.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with key technology partners, attend vendor meetings, and track open items.
  • Act as the liaison between carrier sales and the IT department, scoping and contextualizing requests for developers.
  • Monitor the IT request backlog and proactively escalate any blockers.
  • Own new representative onboarding and platform training across all offices.
  • Develop and maintain training materials for new features and tools, ensuring they are current, centralized, and accessible.
  • Manage the carrier sales reporting suite, covering load performance, rep productivity, system usage, and exception tracking.
  • Identify and flag issues before they become significant problems.
  • Build new reports to accommodate evolving business needs.
  • Support the commissions process each pay period, catching errors and handling exceptions.
  • Process carrier ownership requests and maintain the assignment repository, ensuring consistency and documentation.
  • Own the carrier sales Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) library.
  • Serve as the operational point of contact for other departments.
