About The Position
Our nickname for it: Pit Crew Chief. Trucks move everything. We keep the people driving them covered. We work with fleets and owner-operators who can't afford downtime. When a broker needs a certificate in 10 minutes or a new driver needs to be added before a load, you're the one who makes it happen.

- Are good with computers

Nice To Haves
- New to trucking? That's okay. Experience is a plus, but we'll teach you.
- Licensed? Great. Not yet? Also great.
- A Property & Casualty license is preferred. If you don't have one yet, you can get licensed after you join.
Responsibilities
- Be the go-to person for trucking clients' auto liability, cargo, physical damage, and general liability policies
- Own renewals: collect driver lists, unit schedules, and mileage, then work with carriers on options
- Send certificates of insurance to shippers, brokers, and lessors, fast
- Add and remove drivers and trucks, and review driving records
- Help keep federal and state filings current with carriers and the FMCSA
- Pull loss runs and support clients through claims
- Keep everything organized, so nothing slips through the cracks
