About The Position

Kept Companies is a commercial cleaning and maintenance company with nine leading brands and over 100 locations nationwide. The company provides commercial fleet washing, retail equipment refurbishing and sales, refrigeration, hood, coil and solar panel cleaning, and parking lot services. The Truck Washer Tech performs pressure washing services for residential and commercial properties, operates and maintains pressure washing equipment, and cleans and prepares surfaces. The role requires following safety protocols, maintaining an organized work area, and being able to work in various weather conditions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on equipment.
• Physical ability to lift 50–70 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
• Good communication and time management skills.
• Must pass a background check and DMV record check.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with pressure washing equipment and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Perform pressure washing services for residential and commercial properties.
• Operate and maintain pressure washing equipment.
• Clean and prepare surfaces prior to pressure washing.
• Remove dirt, grime, mold, and other contaminants from various surfaces.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed during all operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
