About The Position

This position is responsible for coordinating trailer and tanker traffic to be washed while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. The role involves using a yard truck to transport trailers to and from the production yard/holding area for washing. The job requires maintaining a clean work area using basic hand tools and performing basic mechanical and maintenance functions. The operator must also be able to read and understand policies, procedures, and regulations, document information, and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Requirements

Current Arkansas Driver’s License.
Must pass Tyson Yard/Lot Driver Assessment.
Ability to lift 25 pounds.
Ability to shovel, climb stairs and ladders up to 30 feet, bend, stretch, reach.
Ability to work in extreme hot, cold, inclement weather, and odors.
Must have 3 months work history listed on the application with the past 24 months.
Minimum 180 day waiting period from previous Tyson employment.
Applicants must be 18 years of age.
Must be willing to work A, B, C or D shift.
Ability to provide proof of authorization to work legally in the United States.
Pass a urinalysis screening which is part of the post-offer health assessment.
