LV Petroleum is seeking a results-driven Truck Wash Manager to lead our truck wash operations. This key leadership role is responsible for managing a team of attendants, ensuring efficient service delivery, facility cleanliness, safety standards, and top-tier customer service. Requirements

• Previous supervisory or management experience in a service or wash operation preferred
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to safety, quality, and customer service
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer literacy
• Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to work both indoors and outdoors in changing weather
• Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and coordinate daily operations of the truck wash team
• Oversee vehicle and trailer washing, sanitation of facilities, and maintenance of equipment
• Manage scheduling, inventory, supply orders, and adherence to safety protocols
• Train, coach, and develop team members to maintain high service quality and efficiency
• Monitor equipment functionality and perform or coordinate basic troubleshooting and repairs
• Ensure full compliance with company procedures, cleanliness standards, and safety regulations
• Provide exceptional service to drivers and commercial customers while driving operational performance
