About The Position
LV Petroleum is seeking a results-driven Truck Wash Employee to assist our truck wash operations. This role assists a team of 10 attendants, ensuring efficient service delivery, facility cleanliness, safety standards, and top-tier customer service. The ideal candidate brings hands-on management experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to operational excellence.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer literacy
- Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to work both indoors and outdoors in changing weather
- Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the truck wash team
- Oversee vehicle and trailer washing, sanitation of facilities, and maintenance of equipment
- Manage scheduling, inventory, supply orders, and adherence to safety protocols
- Train and coach team members to maintain service quality and efficiency
- Monitor equipment functionality and perform basic troubleshooting
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and cleanliness standards
- Provide exceptional service to drivers and commercial customers
