This role is responsible for delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers in shopping and finding products, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. Key duties include completing truck unloading, merchandise stocking, and maintaining store recovery standards to uphold Brand Promises. The Team Member will also engage customers about the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, educate them on the Voice of Customer survey, and assist with Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). Participation in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes is essential. The role also involves merchandise recovery and maintenance, including the return/go-back process and general store recovery to ensure a well-merchandised and in-stock store. Additionally, the Team Member will perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned, support shrink and safety programs, and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs for compliance. Interaction with others should be accepting and respectful, maintaining a positive and respectful demeanor even in difficult situations, promoting the organization's vision and values, and projecting a positive image as a role model. This position may also involve cross-training in Custom Framing selling and production, and other duties as assigned.
