This role is responsible for delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers in shopping and finding products, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. Key duties include completing truck unloading and merchandise stocking, maintaining store recovery standards, and engaging customers about the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards. The associate will also educate customers on the Voice of Customer survey, assist with Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS), and participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes. Additionally, the role involves merchandise recovery and maintenance, performing Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties, supporting shrink and safety programs, and adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs. The associate will interact positively with others, promote the company's vision and values, and serve as a role model. Cross-training in Custom Framing is also a possibility, along with other assigned duties.
