This role involves delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers in finding products, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. Key responsibilities include truck unloading, merchandise stocking, and maintaining store recovery standards to uphold brand promises. The position also involves engaging customers with the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, educating them on customer surveys, and supporting Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). Team members will participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes, and are responsible for merchandise recovery and maintenance, including the return/go-back process and general store recovery to ensure a well-merchandised and in-stock store. Additional duties include performing Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties, supporting shrink and safety programs, and adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs. Team members are expected to interact positively and respectfully with others, remain positive even in difficult situations, promote the organization's vision and values, and serve as a role model. This role may also involve cross-training in Custom Framing selling and production, and other duties as assigned.
