Requirements

Customer service experience required
Strong computer and data entry skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver's license
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally

Responsibilities

Assist customers with parts inquiries over the phone and occasionally in person
Identify and recommend the correct truck and trailer parts based on customer needs
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Enter orders into the computer system
Maintain accurate inventory records
Upload and update inventory listings on the company website
Receive, stock, organize, and label incoming inventory
Work closely with the service department to ensure timely parts availability
Research parts using catalogs and manufacturer databases
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional parts department
Provide exceptional customer service with every interaction
