Requirements
- Comfortable with physical, hands-on work and lifting up to 75 lbs.
- Friendly, positive, and customer-focused.
- Confident communicating with customers and discussing services.
- Valid driver’s license and 21+ years old with a clean 3-year driving record for insurance purposes.
Responsibilities
- Lift, carry, and safely load items up to 75 lbs.
- Leave each space clean and ready for the customer.
- Greet customers, answer questions, and provide a great experience.
- Explain pricing, provide estimates, and recommend additional services when appropriate.
- Find practical solutions based on each customer’s needs.
- Work closely with your teammates to complete jobs safely and efficiently.
- Keep management and your team informed throughout the day.
