About The Position

We serve Los Angeles and Orange Counties and are located in La Puente. We’re the World’s Largest Junk Removal Service, known for our professional, friendly team members and clean, shiny blue truck Truck Team Member – Driver (General Labor / Customer Service) Full-Time & Part-Time Hours: We are a 7-day/week operation with shifts available on weekdays & weekends. Pay: $18-$24 an hour (avg all-in). All team members start at $18/hr during training, then move to $19/hr. Team members average an additional $3.50-$6.50 per hour in tips, 401K and profit share that are paid out on every paycheck. Requirements

Must be at least 21+ years of age (note: required for insurance purposes)
Have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record (past 3 years). No DUIs.
Driving, Customer service and/or sales experience preferred
Be available to work at least 3 full days a week - 7:30am - 7:00pm (ie. 7-10 hours per day on average) - We pay overtime daily
Be drug-free to be considered for employment - we are a drug-free workplace

Responsibilities

Customer Service: WOWing every customer with exceptional service and a great attitude
Sales: Up-selling and identifying sales opportunities
Truck Operations: Safe operation of the 1-800-GOT-JUNK? Trucks
Junk Removal: Heavy and light lifting and removal of "junk" from client locations (ie. couches, chairs, appliances, recyclables, debris, yard, construction and garage junk)
Marketing: Enthusiastically advocate for our brand to all you meet and encounter
Safety: Commitment to your own health and safety and the safe and professional Navigation and driving of trucks and intelligent and efficient loading & unloading of customers' belongings.
