About The Position

This position gets to work on a wide variety of medium and heavy vehicles, generally 1-ton and bigger! Qualified candidates must possess attention to detail, high quality workmanship, ability to troubleshoot and fix medium/heavy duty vehicles right the first time, and effective communication. Candidates must be passionate about working in the exciting Automotive industry!

Responsibilities

• Performing maintenance, diagnostics, and repairing medium/heavy duty vehicles, including though not limited to engine, brakes, steering, suspension, and more on medium/heavy duty vehicles.
• Meet or exceed shop productivity (hours produced) expectations.
• Use diagnostic tools, special equipment, and test drives to assess and monitor vehicle performance.
• Ensure effective and consistent communication with our Service Advisor regarding vehicle status and recommended services to ensure excellent Guest satisfaction and experience.
