About The Position
Liberty Ford of Fayetteville, a Hudson Automotive Company, is actively seeking a Truck Shop Service Advisor to join their award-winning, high-volume service team. Requirements
- Proven experience delivering a strong customer experience.
- Ability to successfully guide customers throughout the service process.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software Experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong amount of emotional intelligence.
Nice To Haves
- Commercial/Heavy Duty Service Advising Experience is a PLUS
- Previous Service/Sales Experience Preferred
