Requirements
- 0-1 year related work experience
- Experience working on pickup trucks (Ford preferred), heavy trucks, construction or utility related equipment, and trailers.
- Must possess a valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving record as determined by the Michels Review Team
- Basic computer proficiency
- Able to provide own basic hand tools
Nice To Haves
- Formal diesel or automotive mechanic training program/certification
- Experience working on hydrovac units
Responsibilities
- Performing basic tasks in repairing and maintaining vehicles and construction equipment.
- Keeping vehicles and equipment available for use by performing diagnostics and preventive maintenance including but not limited to engine tune-ups, oil changes, tire rotation and changes, wheel balancing, replacing filters.
