About the Position... The Truck Loan Service Specialist I is an onsite position at our Irvine, CA, location and does not have remote opportunities. The Truck Loan Service Specialist I (TLSS I) is responsible for following all Bank/department policies and procedures. The TLSS I prepares and reviews truck loan documents and completes the loan boarding and callback. Also responsible for insurance tracking, file maintenance, loan payment processing, GPS installations/removals/client scheduling. Prepare and review departmental reports, payoff requests, DVM Title Processing and other duties as assigned. The TLSS I is also responsible for assisting the Special Assets and Truck Servicing Manager, the Sr. Truck Loan Servicing Specialist, the Truck Division Manager and other department leaders with additional assignments and/or projects as needed. The TLSS I will perform all duties accurately, timely, efficiently, and according to Bank policies, procedures and regulatory guidelines.
