About The Position
This is a full-time position that starts at $15.50 per hour with annual merit increases and production bonuses. Team members are eligible for career development and skill training classes at no cost and can enjoy a generous team member discount. Requirements
- No prior experience or training.
Responsibilities
- Secures items in position on truck to prevent damage during shipment.
- Spots trucks when Truck Driver is backing into an area.
- Moves donated items to designated area.
- Removes donated items and trash from collection sites to maintain the site in a clean and orderly condition.
- Reads map or enters address into GPS device or follows written instructions to direct the driver in locating destinations.
