About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Officer in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The officer monitors security systems and scans for suspicious activity or threats in settings such as security operations centers, call centers, and parking gatehouses. The position requires strong observation, attention to detail, concentration, and technology skills. Schedules listed are full-time: third shift Monday through Friday, 10 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.; or first shift Saturday and Sunday, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., and second shift Wednesday and Thursday, 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. The hourly wage is $16.48. Uniforms are provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on passing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 21 years old.
• Have a driver's license and a good driving record.
• Pass an extensive screening process, including a background check and drug screening after an offer of employment.
• Have strong report-writing skills.
• Have sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills.
• Have strong proficiency with technology.
• Hold a state license if required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity.
