About The Position

Goodwill Southern California is hiring a Class C truck driver to operate bobtail trucks and transport goods between retail stores and designated facilities. The role focuses on safety, service, and route efficiency, helping keep Goodwill’s retail and donation network moving.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Air brakes experience.
Maintain a valid California Class C driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for up to 8 hours.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Pass Big Joe Operator certification within 90 days.

Nice To Haves

1–2 years of bobtail driving experience.
Bilingual Spanish/English skills.

Responsibilities

Perform daily vehicle inspections using Geotab.
Follow DMV and company safety regulations.
Load, secure, transport, and unload goods according to the route manifest.
Complete required documentation and submit required photos.
Maintain a clean, professional appearance and provide great service.
Operate trucks and related equipment safely and responsibly.
