Requirements

• At least 2 years of commercial driving experience.
• Valid CDL with Tanker Endorsement and other proper endorsements required.
• Clean MVR required at the time of offer.
• Must pass pre-employment and random drug/alcohol testing.
• Ability to read and interpret road maps.
• Ability to practice good safety habits.
• Ability to work in dusty or dirty surroundings.
• Ability to follow instructions and meet set standards for hauling and scheduling.
• Ability to judge distances and weights accurately.
• Ability to make decisions based on verifiable standards.
• Ability to stoop, bend, and crouch.
• Ability to use hands, arms, and legs fully.
• Ability to see well (either naturally or with correction).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with frequent lifting and carrying of objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Must be able to pass a company physical and meet all DOT requirements.

Nice To Haves

• Construction experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate a variety of equipment including Double Bellies, Double Sides, and Strongarms.
• Operate specialized support vehicles such as Water Trucks, Street Sweepers, Telebelts, and Broom Trucks.
• Manage and transport materials to and from active construction sites with precision and care.
• Maintain a clean MVR and perform pre/post-trip inspections to ensure equipment is safe and reliable.
• Work effectively with project managers and crew members to meet daily production goals.
