About The Position

10-4 Logistics USA is hiring entry-level Class A CDL truck drivers for regional routes. The position is open to recent CDL school graduates and new CDL-A holders. No prior professional driving experience is required; 120 hours of completed CDL school training is enough to qualify. Trainee positions are available for drivers who are new to the trucking industry.

Drivers are paid $0.55 to $0.65 per mile, based on 2,700 weekly miles, with approximately $1,550 to $1,780 in weekly take-home pay. Regional routes provide home time weekly or every two weeks.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Completion of at least 120 hours of CDL school training.
• Completion of Entry-Level Driver Training (ELDT) through an FMCSA-registered training provider.
• Acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass a DOT pre-employment drug test and enroll in the Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse, as required by federal regulations.
• No professional driving experience is needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle on regional routes.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Comply with Department of Transportation regulations, including hours-of-service rules.
• Maintain accurate logs and delivery documentation.
• Deliver freight on schedule and communicate promptly with dispatch.
• Follow company safety procedures and maintain professional standards on the road.
